How is everyone? I had all intentions to write last night and then I had to work later then normal so it wasn’t happening.
Yesterday was kind of an off day for me. I don’t know if my stomach was messed up from something I ate the day before or what the deal was. But I kept it low key for most of the day.
I watched Save by the Bell on tv wrapped up in a blanket drinking my Protein Mocha in the morning. I eventually got up and started cleaning the apartment and then I noticed it was snowing.
So with it snowing outside, it was warm inside I decided I wanted to watch Elf. I absolutely love that movie. It’s one of my favorite Christmas movies.
Eventually I went to the gym in the afternoon and tried to run. With my stomach hurting I only got about 2.35 miles before I gave up and got ready for work.
So this morning I got up early to get my workout on this morning. I did a circuit workout at the gym. The workout looked like this..
*Push up to side plank
*Squat presses with Kettlebell
*In and Outs on the Ladder
*One arm rows with the TRX
*Sit ups with a med ball
First round for a minute and second round for 30 seconds. Man after I was done I felt like I was going to throw up.
After the morning workout I headed to work for the morning. Once I was done I came home and just chilled this afternoon.
For lunch I had an interesting meal that I had to document with a picture
It’s 4oz of ground turkey with a baked potato underneath. On the side I had a salad of romaine lettuce, cucumbers and green peppers.
Tonight I had a hill workout on my schedule so back to the gym I went to do the workout on the tredmill. The workout looked like this..
→I warmed up for a mile. Then I ran for 0.25 miles at a 3.0 incline and then recovered for 0.15 miles. Next hill I did at 4.0 incline for 0.25 miles. Recovered for 0.15 miles. Next hill for 0.25 miles at a 3.0 incline. Recovered for 0.15 miles. Last hill at a 4.0/5.0 for 0.25 miles. Recovered for 0.20 miles and then cooled down for a mile. It was a tough workout and I was huffing and puffing and covered in sweat. But it felt good!
